RETURN POLICY

Goods can be returned for credit refund within 10 days, provided the packaging is still intact and in perfect condition and the item has not been used and is still in prime saleable condition.

The return freight on items for credit refund is customers own responsibility.

Customers must make contact with Better Homes Supplies to obtain a credit orthorisation before sending back for credit refund

WARRANTY AND FAULTY GOOD

Normal statutory consumer laws apply to faulty products.
